LCAA Board of Directors

The LCAA Board meets monthly, on the 2nd Tuesday from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce office at 5th and Market Streets. The Board also has a ½ day planning retreat each year.

You may volunteer to serve on the LCAA Board or nominate another member of the LCAA to serve. With the new LCAA web site at www.cvillelcaa.com, the LCAA board needs people with the interest and skills to update content and graphics. If you are willing to share your skills in writing, photography, or graphic design, consider serving on the LCAA Board. Board Composition

LCAA is led by a Board of Directors, elected by the LCAA membership at the Annual meeting. The Board includes:

Four officers: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer
Two ex-officio members: the immediate past President and the director of the LC program
Two to eleven elected directors
Appointed directors: two directors appointed by the previous year's class to represent their interests. The LCAA membership elected the 2008 LCAA Board of Directors at the Annual Luncheon.
